What is PDF Page Rotator?
PDF Page Rotator is a browser-based tool that lets you rotate any page in a PDF file by 90°, 180°, or 270°. You can apply a single rotation to every page at once using the Quick Rotate buttons, or fine-tune each page individually with per-page selectors. When you are ready, click Apply & Download to receive a corrected PDF —all processing happens inside your browser using PDF.js and jsPDF, so no file is ever sent to a server.
How to Use PDF Page Rotator
- Drop a PDF file onto the upload area or click to browse and select one.
- Wait for all page thumbnails to appear.
- Use the Quick Rotate buttons to rotate all pages at once, or change the rotation selector under each thumbnail individually.
- Click Apply & Download —the rotated PDF will be saved to your device.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Everything runs inside your browser using PDF.js and jsPDF. Your file never leaves your device.
Yes. Each page has its own rotation selector. Use the Quick Rotate buttons to set all pages at once, then adjust individual pages as needed.
You can rotate each page by 0° (no change), 90° clockwise, 180°, or 270° clockwise (equivalent to 90° counter-clockwise).
There is no hard limit. However, very large PDFs may take longer to process and use more browser memory. For best performance keep files under 50 MB.
